Yichengdongyuan is a slightly newer complex in the Wudaokou area situated on Xueyuan Road. This complex is the furthest from Wudaokou, but is huge and allows for lower rent prices.
This complex is about a 10 minute walk from the Liudaokou metro station.
Yichengdongyuan has patios and open spaces for tenants to hang out in. There is a mall just 5 minutes away, and tons of restaurants and a movie theatre right outside the complex.
The complex is very clean, with modern amenities. There is ample parking for scooters and bikes.
This complex is very popular among foreigners. We think its a great choice, especially if you’re trying to save money.
