How Do I Pay My Rent?

You pay the bills directly to us. You can pay with cash, bank transfer, WeChat, or Alipay.

How Often Is Rent Due?

Most of the payments are usually paid (every 3 months). That means you should generally prepare 3 months rent and one month rent for deposit equating to four month rent in total.

If you can’t have the money ready upon your move in date, thats generally OK, just let us know and we can tell the landlord and set a date for when you will have it ready.

Do I Have to Pay Utilities?

You’ll have to pay for these separately, Utilities (Wifi, electricity, water, gas) are not included in the rent price. Don’t worry! These costs are relatively cheap.

We can help you get internet usually, and you can easily pay the rest of your bills in person at the bank or just with 2 clicks on Alipay.

Is There An Agency Fee?

Yes, all agencies charge a fee in Wudaokou. Ours is 1 months rent, transparent and clear. We do not recommend that you try and rent directly with the landlord, as you may have trouble registering if you ever need it after your first time.

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Yes, 1 months rent.

How soon can I view the apartments?

As soon as you contact us and are in Beijing, we will set up viewing times for you ASAP.
