Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. In our case, this mainly means introductions to partner rental agencies or service providers in other Beijing areas where we may receive a referral fee.

How to opt out (fastest):
Email hello@wudaokouapartments.com with subject “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information.” Include your name and the email/WeChat you used.

What your opt-out covers:

• We won’t send your info to partner agencies or services for paid introductions after you opt out.
• If we already introduced you, that partner has its own policy. Contact them directly for their opt-out; we can tell you who to reach.

What we don’t do:

• We do not sell or share personal info via cookies, pixels, or ads. We use Google Analytics only for basic, aggregated site measurement.

Authorized agents (short):
Someone can submit an opt-out for you if they email us with proof you gave permission. We may verify it’s really you.

No discrimination:
We won’t treat you differently for opting out.
